Ultrasonic cleaning machine is generally divided into three parts:
1. Inner groove;
The inner tank is a stainless steel container used to hold cleaning fluid and cleaning articles. Most articles can be put into the net basket first, and then put into the inner tank together for cleaning.
2. Ultrasonic generator;
The ultrasonic generator used for ultrasonic cleaning machine can be divided into electronic tube type, silicon controlled type and transistor type according to the type of components used. In recent years, it has developed to use high-power "power module". Its output power ranges from tens of watts to thousands of watts, and its operating frequency ranges from 15kHz to 40kHz
3. Ultrasonic transducer.
The transducers used for ultrasonic cleaning machine mainly include the following types:
(1) Magnetostrictive transducer Most of the magnetostrictive transducers used in China are window-type transducers made of nickel sheets, which are silver welded on the bottom of the cleaning cylinder, and then wound with wires on the window for a certain number of coils. This kind of transducer can bear large power, and has good reliability and long service life. The disadvantage is that the efficiency is lower than that of piezoelectric transducer, and the raw material nickel sheet is expensive.
(2) Piezoelectric transducer At present, most ultrasonic cleaning machines at home and abroad use piezoelectric transducers, which are generally composed of two piezoelectric ceramic chips. A cleaning machine uses multiple transducers, which are bonded to the bottom of the cleaning cylinder by adhesive and connected in parallel to form a transducer of the cleaning machine. The distance between the elements of the transducer (for the frequency of 20kH4, it is generally 5-10mm, which is too large to produce bending vibration, and the vibration plate is corroded, while the radiation surface is relatively reduced.
